As a recent initiative of TRAI the KYC verified customer names have started showing up in the phones. This is a very good initiative that would help people from

SPAM
Digital Arrests
Malicious calls
Unwanted Notorious calls

All messaging apps should stop allowing anonymous or unknown messaging. This would help everyone.

Next step is to ensure the KYC is not exploited or frauded and TRAI should also mandate no outgoing calls or messages or connectivity to messaging apps unless KYC is verified.

This way user is authenticated & authorized..
